The Print Production Designer reports to the Art Director within Creative Direction. This detail-oriented self-starter should be able to execute multiple rounds of revisions to routing art deliverables in preparation for review by the production manager. The ideal candidate diligently calls attention to inconsistency across campaign deliverables in both artwork and copy and is an expert in the entire Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, as well as in time management. The Print Production Designer manipulates graphic elements and type and prepares files for production.
The ideal candidate demonstrates an ability to take direction, follow instructions and be open to constructive feedback while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Thorough understanding of design principles, production and layout skills is a must, as is demonstrated experience in building and producing designs for both print and interactive media, excellent time-management skills, and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Minimum five years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related degree
Dynamic portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of ability
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
