: Graphics Manager
The Printer will be responsible for performing all duties related to the fulfillment of all in-house Direct to Garment (DTG) apparel orders, while utilizing and maintaining DTG printers.
Analyzes printing requests for purpose of making quality product available to the customer.
Pre-treats dark apparel to prepare for printing.
Performs color tests to match specific customer colors.
Pre-presses blended materials for printing.
Accurately prints products to exact specifications.
Product Style, Color and Size
Correct logo(s), color(s) and size.
Maintain artwork library to include proper settings for each logo and material type.
Properly Heat-Presses the printed product to cure the ink.
Creates and runs the shipping manifest.
Packages and ships the finished product.
Sets-up and prints UPC stickers and hangtags.
Maintains daily production reports to provide information and/or direction.
Maintains inventory of ink and other supplies to provide adequate quantities of required materials for timely completion of job functions.
Performs maintenance tasks (e.g. cleaning, replacing digital equipment supplies, completing adjustments, etc.) to complete jobs within requested specifications, quality standards and quantity requirements.
Communicates any damages or inventory discrepancies with accounting manager.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma required
Ability to stay focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and continuously shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
Great time management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work with hot printing machines (press temperature is 330Â° F)
1-2 years of experience in printing environment preferred
