Job Functions / Duties / Responsibilities :

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Investigations Manager which will report directly to the Divisional Director of Loss Prevention. Responsibilities include communication, education, and enforcement of all policies and procedures that prevent losses to their assigned region. Must work with all levels of management, both store and corporate, to ensure that losses are prevented where possible and detect and correct when they do occur. Implement and coordinate Loss Prevention programs to achieve and maintain established inventory shrinkage goals. If you are looking for a challenge and meet the criteria, we invite you to apply.


•Ensures completion of required audits: LPCA, IVA, LPNN, WFR as mandated

•Conducts financial audits, such as bank deposits and media review, to prevent and identify internal fraud

•Weekly status calls to ensure zone consistency in loss prevention awareness and program compliance

•Establish professional relationship with law enforcement agencies, including various judicial courts, for the purpose of enhancing ORC/employee investigations and for the preparation and presentation of dishonest employee cases for prosecution

•Prepares detailed case reports on investigations and provides weekly recap of all zone related loss prevention activity

•Takes initiative to help create new policies and procedures based upon current business needs

•Plans and participates in companywide training programs, bi-annual summit meetings and special events as needed

•Responsible for assigned Regional and Corporate projects as designated

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

•Minimum 8 progressive years retail loss prevention employment with 3 years in loss prevention management or in a multiple store investigative position

•Documented investigative experience in a retail environment

•Completion of Wicklander Zulawski or equivalent course

•Above average word processing, database and spreadsheet computer skills

•Must be able to conduct business with the public and at all levels of personnel

•Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

•Up to 25% overnight travel required
