Job Description As an Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to actively prospect for new accounts, maximize sales potential with existing accounts and re-establish relations with inactive accounts. Establish priorities for each major existing customer (or group of customers) to ensure that companys leadership position is maximized through independently developing a territory-coverage plan, analyzing opportunities and defining selling initiatives to accomplish our company's vision. These initiatives include account retention, advertising, networking, sales incentives and customer product training programs. Job Requirements BS/BA Degree in business or related studies or 10 years minimum experience in the Printing Industry and customer retention line of business including 5 recent CONTINUED years of B2B sales experience or a combination of sales and education. We are looking for long term employment history with each working experience to justify the customer relationships retention as the priority with this position Proven Sales portfolio of business with sales execution action plans and forecasting sales goals for area sales account development to meet goals between the first 90 days of account management is a must Stellar communication and math skills, leadership qualities, presentation skills and MS Office expert capability (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Proven track record of quota goals achievements, driven and pro-active approach to account retention Must be able to provide accurate and timely reporting of all sales related activities Must be a road warrior with a minimum of 40% expected, management meetings at the corporate office every quarter and policy adhering and compliance of our detailed expense policy y commission structure Must have initiative and can problem solve to identify and meet customers needs and requirements Must be able to provide salary history and liable references as part of the stringent background check process and willing to participate in a PI-Survey online Must have proven experience in strategic business planning, developing and penetration of new territory markets Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license Responsibilities not limited to Develop sales product plans to maximize exposure and benefits company brands Develop promotional programs forecasting strategies that improve companys product lines and market share Resolve customer service problems and works with company operations management and inside sales personnel to ensure the highest level of service on a cost-effective basis Review territory performance in a quarterly basis and identifies sales opportunities to enhance territory profits Provide 1on1 service support, approves and processes customer request completes national/regional account branch call reports of service on all customers visits goals Create and presents conceptual selling presentations to improve companys balance of sale and promoting add-sales strategies with any opportunity through strong negotiation skills Meet the CRM sales quota goals as aligned in the commission structure Responsible for generating new business & expansion of the customer base through direct, cold-calling and face to face customer visits Work with other Territory Sales Executives to expand potential business in assigned region with a global vision Execute price negotiations, development agreement negotiations, and delivers results production and supply agreements Achieve other projects and expectations as assigned by management team Objective of the Job: Develop Client Relationships and Increase Sales by ensuring consistent influx of new and re-peat business to budgeted standards Globe Marketing Systems is an EEO Target salary includes commission.
